In 2017, Sterno Products partnered with Mercy Chefs as major philanthropic partner to help communities across the country respond to and recover from natural and human-created catastrophic events.

Mercy Chefs’ Mission 

Founded in 2006, Mercy Chefs provides professionally prepared, restaurant- quality meals for victims, volunteers, and first responders in the aftermath of hurricanes, flooding, tornadoes, earthquakes, wildfires, and non-nature related emergencies.

While Mercy Chefs’ primary focus remains disaster relief, the mission has evolved to utilize available equipment, resources, skills and volunteers to the meet additional humanitarian initiatives, including urban outreach, clean water, and permanent kitchens & pantries.
